NA-CA’s corporate finance professionals are Wall Street trained with diverse backgrounds that includes managing debt and equity research departments at major brokerage houses. Our continuous contact with debt and equity sources enables us to raise the most efficient form of capital for our clients in the shortest timeframe that is possible.

Acquisition Programs
NA-CA facilitates clients building their business by offering the ability to quickly formulate strategic plans, identify potential acquisition targets with desirable characteristics, and initiate transaction discussions. Once an acquisition candidate is identified, we negotiate acceptable terms and conduct the necessary due diligence.

Divestitures
After surveying the market and preparing detailed marketing materials, we quickly locate and discreetly approach a small set of relevant buyers. Our goal is always to maximize price and obtain the best terms while avoiding any risk of loss payout. We also understand the need to work discreetly and keep all operations intact for a smooth transition.

Transaction Support Services
NA-CA also works with clients to prepare business documents to facilitate raising capital, creating joint ventures and to support loan requests. We can prepare highly effective investor presentations that can be used in meetings with prospective investors or to provide existing investors with periodic updates. For clients who have initiated a transaction and want a professional assessment of its worthiness, NA-CA will provide an independent Due Diligence Review that includes a comprehensive investment analysis of the proposed opportunity.

Fees
The fee for every investment banking engagement is based on the complexity of the assignment but in general, all of our fees are market based with the majority being paid upon success. Our fees for transaction support services are standardized and are available upon request.
