This 56-acre site, situated in the midst of the burgeoning Biscayne Boulevard Corridor in Miami, was acquired by a prominent New York real estate family for a purchase price of $34.5 million. Secured a $34 million acquisition loan, of which $22 million was fully non-recourse. Presently, development of a vast mixed-use development is underway which, upon completion, will consist of approximately $1.5 Billion of buildout. This project precipitated an array of residential and commercial developments in this dynamic sub-market.
